1. Data we collect

We collect the email address you sign up with, your order history, and any delivery information (platform, EA email, password, backup codes) you choose to provide for order fulfillment. We also collect chat messages you send to support.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to deliver your orders, provide customer support, and send transactional notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with row-level security policies that ensure only you and authorized FCVAULT staff can access your delivery information. We strongly recommend changing your EA password after delivery is complete.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use anonymous analytics to improve the service.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal/accounting obligations.
