1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FCVAULT (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

FCVAULT facilitates the delivery of in-game FC 26 Ultimate Team coins via Comfort Trade. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA Sports or Electronic Arts.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) to make a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of any account information you provide for delivery.

4. Orders & payment

All orders are processed in EUR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing and stock are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on platform and stock availability. You agree to provide accurate EA account information needed for delivery and to follow our security recommendations during the trade window.

6. Refunds & ban warranty

We offer a money-back guarantee on undelivered orders and a lifetime ban warranty as described on the Coins page. Refunds for delivered coins are not available.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use FCVAULT for fraudulent purposes, chargebacks without contacting support, or to violate any laws applicable to you.

8. Limitation of liability

FCVAULT is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
